Learn about the myths behind your favorite yoga poses in CoachArt’s Storytelling Yoga Club! Through fun yoga exercises, participants will learn about the history and legends of popular movements and postures. The lessons will incorporate easy yoga poses with body stretches to help with mobility and open up hip flexors. Participants can benefit tremendously from yoga because it’s a fitness activity that supports physical and mental strength at any age and physical ability. Everyone will receive yoga blocks to help with their fitness practice!

Ages: 5-18
