Let’s get stretchin’ in CoachArt’s Yoga and Mindfulness Club! Yoga can empower participants to connect more deeply with their bodies and surroundings, while mindfulness can reduce stress and anxiety. We’ll learn to calm, relax, and reset ourselves through gentle body movement, reflection exercises, art, and games. Kids can benefit tremendously from yoga because it’s a fitness activity that supports physical and mental strength for all levels and abilities. An experienced yoga instructor will teach the club!
