Enhance your balance, mobility, and focus in CoachArt’s Tai Chi Club! This ancient Chinese exercise activity is practiced as a graceful and slow-moving meditation, with movements based on martial art and self-defense forms. Benefits of Tai Chi include reducing stress and anxiety and improving mood, energy, and stamina. All physical levels are welcome, and movement modifications will be available for anyone who needs them. A certified Tai Chi instructor will teach the club!
