Join Coach Jess in the kitchen for a fun guided lesson in food preparation. Kids will be able to follow along to make their own “no-bake” edible cookie dough. This recipe can easily be made vegan too!
Ingredients and supplies:
1.5 cups rolled oats (or 1 cup oat/almond flour — not regular flour)
1/2 cup softened butter (or 1/3 cup coconut oil)
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoon milk (or water)
pinch of salt
2/3 cup chocolate chips
mixing bowl
blender (if not using pre-ground flour)
whisk or fork
measuring cups
