Join CoachArt’s Mind-Body Movement Club for a new approach to fitness that’s all about having fun and making friends! We will explore different and fun ways to exercise your body each week, including arm, leg, combined, and resistance band movements. Participants will develop greater body awareness and mindfulness with moving and breathing. This club is a terrific way to introduce kids to the healthy, enjoyable habit of exercising while having fun with their peers and learning from a professional fitness instructor. All levels and abilities are welcome!
