Here’s a fun introductory course about self-defense techniques and the Korean and Japanese languages and culture. Participants will learn basic stances, blocks, kicks, and stretching routines to improve their body coordination, feel more confident with themselves, and improve their mental stamina. The club will be led by an officially licensed Master Instructor of Jidokwan Korea and a 6th degree Black Belt!
