The Growing Hearts Club is a series of workshops uniquely designed to incorporate storytelling, mindfulness, movement, and art to reinforce themes of gratitude, courage, kindness, and more. Each club day will have surprises and laughter and will give families practical strategies to use at home.
The club will be led by our program partner, Mindful Littles, a nonprofit organization that teaches mindfulness and compassion to children and families to build inner resilience and spark compassionate action.
Dates: Three Sundays, March 10 – 24
Time: 11am – 1pm
