Brush up your acting skills while breaking a sweat in CoachArt’s Fitness Improv Club! We will get our bodies moving and grooving through a series of fun improvisational acting games. Each class will offer a combination of warmup exercises, fitness routines, movement-based improv games, and cool-down drills. We will express our silly sides while burning calories and everyone will receive their very own wrist weights!
