Click here to initiate an order for your background check, and the order form should open in a new browser tab. Once you’ve created your login, you’ll see a screen like this:

Enter beag5bv as your “Good Deed” code, then click continue. You’ll advance to this screen, where you can input your information:

When you reach the payment page, be sure to check the box that says “Not at this time”:
