Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup loosely packed baby spinach
  2. 2 cups frozen mixed berries (raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, and blueberries)
  3. 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  4. 1 1/2 cup milk of choice

 


Directions:

Option 1: If you have a high-powered blender, place all the ingredients in the blender and process until smooth.

Option 2: If you don’t have a high-powered blender, blend the frozen fruit with the milk and add the rest of the ingredients and process until smooth.

Blend and serve!
